You are not thinking things out logically, but your emotions are telling you a workable solution on how to feel. This is why it is so important to be sure to talk to someone. They can be a sounding board and an ally when you feel like a wall is getting built up around you need a friend to talk to.

But once you have dealt with your feelings, you can begin to work on solving the problem of dealing with Menopause. There are different ways that you can approach Menopause, depending on what you want to accomplish and how much time you have to work with.

For example, if you feel like your issues of loneliness and depression may need to be addressed on a regular basis, you might want to try using some type of self-help solution. If you want to become healthy and fit, you might want to look into hypnosis or aromatherapy.

If you want to end your fear of menopause, you might want to speak to your doctor about your problem. Or if you just want to be healthy and fit, you might be better off finding something in addition to your doctor’s advice.
