Be confident. With this skill, you can attract any kind of person to you. Confidence can be the difference between a decent relationship and loving one. Your physical state is a big factor in how you feel. Are you overweight? If you aren’t, then you probably don’t have the body that you desire.

What kind of food do you eat? Chances are good that you are eating too much, and it can cause you to feel bad about yourself.

Learn how to forgive those who have hurt you. Anger, bitterness, and resentment can cloud your judgment, and you will be living each day unaware of the happiness that you could be living each day.

Happiness is contagious. Start talking to others about how you feel. Find a way to share your feelings and emotions with others, and watch the levels of happiness in your life rise.

Look at the things that you do for enjoyment. Do you go out of your way to do things that bring you pleasure? If you don’t, then you haven’t really found happiness yet.

If you want to find happiness, start to pay attention to the things that you enjoy doing, and see if they match what successful people do. Then add your own flair to it. Be more successful in every aspect of your life, and you will find yourself happier as well.
